* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Rosella Mehmert
Rosella J. Hogenkamp Mehmert, 97, of Minster, died at 5:30 a.m. Dec. 2, 2006, at Heritage Manor Nursing Home, Minster, where she resided two years.
She was born Sept. 23, 1909, in Minster, to Arthur and Margaret Knostman Vallo. On June 10, 1931, she married Nicholas P. Hogenkamp, who died Jan. 20, 1967. On Aug. 31, 1979, she married Paul Mehmert, who died Oct. 13, 1999.
Survivors are three sons, Nicholas A. (Thelma) Hogenkamp, Minster, Dale (Linda) Hogenkamp, Centerville, Jon Hogenkamp, Fort Meyers, Fla., and Jay (Lois) Hogenkamp, Carthagena; two daughters, Karen Herchen, Leesburg, Fla., and Ann (Dan) Jacobs, Delaware; a stepdaughter, Marsha (Fred) Rosen, Ridgefield Park, N.J.; two brothers, Melvin (Florence) Vallo, Minster, and Myrle (Betty) Vallo, Kettering; two sisters, Connie and Audrey Meyer, both of Minster; 22 grandchildren, two stepgrandchildren and 50 great-grandchildren.
Deceased are a brother, Maurice Vallo, and a sister, Velma Frierott.
She was a homemaker and member of St. Augustine Catholic Church, Minster, Knights of St. John Auxiliary, Fort Loramie, Daughters of Isabella, St. Henry, and Fort Loramie Historical Society. She also was a volunteer at the Maria Stein Retreat Center.
Funeral Mass is 10 a.m. Wednesday at the church, the Revs. Rick Nieberding and Louis Schmit officiating. Burial is at the church cemetery.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Tuesday and 9-9:30 a.m. Wednesday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Minster.
