* WHERE...Portions of east central Indiana, including the following counties, Fayette, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Auglaize, Champaign, Clark, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hardin, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Preble, Shelby and Union.
* WHEN...Through Thursday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Repeated rounds of storms, combined with the extremely wet soil conditions will increase the risk for flash flooding into the overnight hours.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1036 PM EDT, emergency management reported flooding in the warned area. Between 3 and 6 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Sidney, Bellefontaine, Newport, West Liberty, Anna, Fort Loramie, De Graff, Quincy, Port Jefferson, Valley Hi, Zanesfield, Maplewood, Pemberton, Logansville, Mcmorran, Swanders, Pickrelltown, New Jerusalem and Lake Loramie State Park.

Greene S. Feltner
Greene S. "Gene" Feltner, 83, 5322 Lake Drive, Celina, died at 8:55 p.m. Dec. 7, 2006, at Veterans Hospital, Dayton.
He was born Sept. 4, 1923, in Confluence, Ky, to Garret Carter and Martha Jane Stidham Feltner. He married Margaret J. Lawson, who survives.
Also surviving are two sons, Paul Purkey, Tenn, and Gene Phillips; three step-sons, Robert (Karen) Hunter, Celina, David (Linda) Hunter, New Bremen, and George (Mona) Hunter, Dayton; two step-daughters, Debbie (Mike) Dale and Pat (Dale) Ford, both of Celina; a sister-in-law, Betty Feltner, London, Ky.; 15 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
Deceased are three brothers, Bert, Jack and Paul; and a sister, Grace Tompkins.
He was retired from Sheet Metal Local # 24 and a veteran of the U.S. Navy during WWII. He was a member of Masonic Temple, Dayton, Scottish Rite of Dayton and the Kentucky Colonels.
Services are 10:30 a.m., Tuesday at Hogenkamp Funeral, Coldwater, Randy Christian officiating. Burial is at Ellis Cemetery, Montezuma.
Calling is 2-8 p.m., Monday, at the funeral home. and 9:30-10:30 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
