* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.
* WHERE...Portions of east central Indiana, including the following county, Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Auglaize, Champaign, Clark, Darke, Delaware, Franklin, Greene, Hardin, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Preble, Shelby and Union.
* WHEN...From midnight EDT tonight through Thursday afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Multiple rounds of rain will occur overnight into Thursday. The heavier bands of rainfall will have 2 to 4 inches with locally higher amounts.

Steve Wright

Steve E. Wright, 47, of Suffolk, Va., died Nov. 29, 2006, at his residence. Death was due to suicide.

He was born Aug. 5, 1959, in Kenton, to Jack and Patricia Fadden Wright. His mother survives in Celina.

Also surviving are a brother, Warren (Lisa), Dayville, Conn.; and a sister, Roberta Zizelman, Celina.

He was a machinist at Norfolk Navel Ship Yard, Virginia. He was a 1977 graduate of Jay County High School in Portland, Ind. and served four years in the U. S. Navy.

Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.
