* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Louise Fourman
Louise Fourman, 79, of Greenville, died at 10:25 p.m. Jan. 9, 2007, at Alterra Sterling House of Piqua.
She was born Sept. 26, 1927, in Arba, Ind., to Ray and Mary McClure Isenhouer. Her husband, Robert Fourman, is deceased.
Survivors are three sons, Allen (Linda), Celina, Bob (Barb), Arcanum, and Mike (Tina), Greenville; two brothers, David Isenhouer, North Star, and Donald Isenhouer, Versailles; 10 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Deceased are two sisters, Marjorie Huffman and Kathryn Wills.
She was a homemaker and worked at Wayne Hospital, Greenville. She was a member of Greenville Grace Brethren Church, American Legion Post 140 Ladies Auxiliary and Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 7262 Ladies Auxiliary, all of Greenville.
Services are 10 a.m. Monday at Zechar Bailey Funeral Home, Greenville, the Rev. Daniel Pierce officiating. Burial is at Abbottsville Cemetery, Darke County.
Calling is 2-6 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
Contributions can be made to the Darke County Cancer Association or State of the Heart Home Health & Hospice.
