* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Loretta Milliser
Loretta C. Murphy Milliser, 89, of Celina, died Jan. 10, 2007, at The Gardens of Celina.
She was born March 9, 1917, in Ontario, Canada, to John and Johanna Callaghan Murphy. On June 29, 1942, she married Michael A. Milliser, who died July 15, 1956.
Survivors are a son, Michael A. (Carolyn), Salado, Texas; three daughters, Melody (Charles) Maier and Michelle (Mike) Linton, all of Celina, and Terry (Jim) Haslinger, Traverse City, Mich.; three sisters, Helen Rawson, Belleville, Ontario, Doris MacDonald, London, Ontario, and Monica Gelhaus, Dayton; six grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
She was employed at the former Gibbons Hospital, Celina. She retired after 25 years as a nurse at Celina City Schools. She was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, its Altar Rosary Sodality and Quilt & Guild Club, all in Celina.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Monday at the church, the Revs. Thomas Brenberger and James McCabe officiating. Burial will follow in North Grove Cemetery, Celina.
Calling is 2-6 p.m. Sunday and after 10 a.m. Monday at Lehman-Hogenkamp-Dzendzel Funeral Home, Celina.
