At 459 PM EDT, gusty showers were located along a line extending from near Ada to near Northridge, moving east at 25 mph. Some of these showers are capable of producing funnel clouds and isolated thunder.
HAZARD...Funnel clouds and wind gusts up to 40 mph.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects.
Locations impacted include... Marysville, Bellefontaine, Urbana, Kenton, Ada, Plain City, Richwood, St. Paris, West Liberty, Mechanicsburg, North Lewisburg, Forest, Russells Point, De Graff, Lakeview, Dunkirk, Alger, Belle Center, West Mansfield, and Chippewa Park.
Conditions are favorable for the development of weak, brief funnel clouds. This type of funnel cloud is harmless, but on rare occasions they can briefly touch down, producing wind gusts over 50 mph. If a funnel cloud is spotted move indoors and report your sighting to the National Weather Service.
If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a sturdy building.

Beulah Snider
Beulah B. Snider, 97, of Celina, died at 7:30 p.m. Jan. 23, 2007, at Hickory Creek of Athens Nursing Home, Athens.
She was born Sept. 25, 1909, in Celina, to James and Pearl Smith Highley. On April 7, 1928, she married Garrel Snider, who died Aug. 1, 1984.
Survivors are a daughter, Dorathy (Robert) Gagle, Athens; a daughter-in-law, Gloria, Gahanna; three grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
Deceased is a son, Rex; a brother, Orville Highley and a sister, Ada Spohn.
She worked at Mersman Brothers and South Bay Motel, both of Celina. She was a former member of Bethany United Methodist Church, Celina.
Services are 1 p.m. Saturday at Lehman-Hogenkamp-Dzendzel Funeral Home, Celina, the Rev. Douglas Meyer officiating. Burial will follow at Swamp College Cemetery, Celina.
Calling is after 11 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
