...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers...
St. Marys River at Rockford.
* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...St. Marys River at Rockford.
* WHEN...Until Sunday evening.
* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:40 PM EDT Saturday the stage was 13.1 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.2 feet just after midnight tonight. It will then fall below flood stage early tomorrow afternoon. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Retirees recognized

Retiring Coldwater village employee Ron Stachler and Coldwater Fire Department volunteer Mark Heinl were presented with plaques and keys to the village at Monday evening's village council meeting. Mayor LaVern Stammen, left, presented the awards. Heinl, center, served with the fire department for 17 years. Also congratulating the the retiree was Village Manager-Engineer Eric Thomas, pictured at the right.
