Scattered snow showers will continue through mid morning. With temperatures well below freezing, light snow accumulations will combine with lingering black ice from overnight, to create some slick spots on area roadways. In addition, brisk westerly winds will gust in the 25 to 35 mph range this morning.
If traveling this morning, allow for some extra time to reach your destination. Be prepared for slick conditions, especially on bridges and overpasses as well as untreated surfaces.

Norman Bowersock
Norman Bowersock, 78, 1321 Celina Road, St. Marys, died March 23, 2007, at his residence following an extended illness.
He was born May 28, 1928, in Buckland, to Lester and Mae Zimmerman Bowersock. On Jan. 22, 1949, he married Betty Ann McElroy, who survives.
Also surviving are a son Roger (Patty), St. Marys; a brother, Harry (Jean), Dayton; six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Deceased are two brothers, Carl and Ed; and two sisters, Anna McElroy and Isabelle Daniels.
He retired from Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, St. Marys, after 45 years. He attended Buckland High School and was a member of Fraternal Order of Eagles Post 767.
Services are 10 a.m. Thursday at Miller Funeral Home, St. Marys, the Rev. Eddie Zumbrun officiating. Burial is at Resthaven Memory Gardens, St. Marys.
Calling is 3-5 and 7-9 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
