* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Carlos Evans
Carlos Evans, 87, 8289 U.S. Route 33, Celina, died at 10:25 a.m. May 12, 2007, at Lima Memorial Hospital, Lima.
He was born Feb. 10, 1920, in Claibourne County, Tenn., to Matthew and Ollie Russell Evans. On April 7, 1938, he married Iva Tuttle, who survives.
Also surviving are two sons, Ronnie, Merritt Island, Fla., and Gary, Celina; two daughters, Ollie (Donald) Pritchett, Live Oak, Fla., and Ruby, Celina; one brother, Alfred, Kalamazoo, Mich.; four sisters, Cecil Keck and Lois Williams, Tazewell, Tenn., Opal Thomas, Ypsilanti, Mich., and Rosetta Walls, Chillicothe; more than 50 grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
Deceased are a son, Warner; a brother, Clay; and a sister, Julie McGeorge.
He retired from Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, St. Marys.
Services are 11 a.m. Wednesday at Miller Funeral Home, St. Marys. Burial is at Neptune Cemetery.
Calling is 5-7 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
