* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Leon Kramer
Leon Anthony Kramer, 88, 4641 Mud Pike, Celina, died at 2:15 a.m. May 15, 2007, at Celina Manor Nursing Home.
He was born Sept. 13, 1918, in Chickasaw, to Henry and Rosa Holdheide Kramer. On Nov. 26, 1942, he married Lucille A. Siefring, who survives in Celina.
Also surviving are four sons, Robert (Janice), Richard (Jody) and Ron (Tamra), all of Celina, and Randy (Teresa), Beavercreek; a daughter, Kim (Jeff) Rath, Newark; four brothers, Al (Lucy), Maria Stein, Andy (Ellen) and Norbert, all of Chickasaw, and Werner (Marilyn), Celina; a sister-in-law, Rose, Coldwater; three sisters, Mary Ann (Eugene) Overman, Minster, Helen (Charlie) Connolly, Reynoldsburg, and Agnes Knapke, Versailles; 15 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
Deceased are a son, James; a brother, Othmer; a sister-in-law, Alice; two sisters, Freda and Hilda; and a brother-in-law, Elmer Knapke.
He retired in 1980 from Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, St. Marys, after 391/2 years as a mill operator. He was a farmer and a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, Celina.
Funeral Mass is 10 a.m. Saturday at the church, the Rev. Richard Riedel officiating. Burial is at St. Marys Catholic Cemetery, Celina.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Friday at Lehman-Hogenkamp-Dzendzel Funeral Home, Celina.
