* WHERE...The following counties, in Indiana, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, the following counties, in Kentucky, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and the following counties, in Ohio, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.

Irenus Quinter
Irenus J. "Mike" Quinter, 92, formerly of St. Henry and Philothea, died May 15, 2007, at Briarwood Manor Nursing Home, Coldwater.
He was born Feb. 7, 1915, in Burkettsville, to Adam and Matilda Hemmert Quinter. On April 15, 1941, he married Delphina E. Stelzer, who died July 26, 2006.
Surviving are two sons, Dan (Marlene), Duluth, Ga., and Bill (Mary Jo), Coldwater; three daughters, Judy (Paul) Jansen and Diane (Lowell) Franck, all of St. Henry, and Sharon (Mike) Roessner, Fort Recovery; a brother, Louis, Celina; a sister, Voneta, Celina; and 21 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren.
Deceased are a son, James; a brother and three sisters.
He retired from the former New Idea company, Coldwater, was a U.S. Navy veteran and was a member of the St. Marys Catholic Church, Philothea, and its Holy Name Society. He also a member of the Knights of Columbus Council 1991 and Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 5135, both of Coldwater.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Friday at the church, the Rev. Daniel Schmitmeyer officiating. Burial is at the church cemetery were military rites will be performed.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Thursday and 9-10 a.m. Friday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Coldwater.
