* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.
* WHERE...Portions of east central Indiana, including the following counties, Fayette, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Auglaize, Champaign, Clark, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hardin, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Preble, Shelby and Union.
* WHEN...From 4 PM EDT this afternoon through Thursday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - A complex of storms will develop later this afternoon and continue overnight. Repeated rounds of storms, combined with the extremely wet soil conditions will increase the risk for flash flooding later this evening into the overnight hours.

Richard Hoersten
Richard "Bud" Hoersten, 85, Rockford, died June 17, 2007, at Colonial Nursing Center, Rockford.
He was born August 19, 1921, in Ottoville, to Louis and Catherine Fishbaugh Hoersten. In 1972, he married Madge VanFleet Fox, who survives.
Other survivors are a stepson, Gary (Delight) Fox, Rockford; a stepdaughter, Jill Fox, of Tennessee; a stepdaughter in-law, Joan Fox, Rockford; three brothers, Harold, Van Wert, Roger (Julie), Sidney, and John, Rockford; three sisters, Rita Adams and Betty (Louie) Daeger, all of Grover Hill, and Jeanette (Fred) Black, Payne; nine stepgrandchildren and eight stepgreat-grandchildren.
Deceased are a stepson, Pat Fox; two brothers, Edwin and Isadore; and a sister, Mary Bullinger.
He was a farmer and truck driver and a U.S. Navy veteran of World War II. He was a member of St. Theresa Catholic Church and American Legion Post 508, both of Rockford, Knights of Columbus Council 1800, Celina, and the Ponderosa Club, Atlanta, Mich.
Services are 10 a.m. Thursday at Ketcham-Ripley Funeral Home, Rockford. Burial is at Riverside Cemetery, Rockford, with military services conducted by the American Legion.
Calling is 2-5 and 7-8 p.m. Wednesday and one hour prior to services on Thursday.
