* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Rosann Spitzer
Maria Stein native Rosann M. Spitzer, 66, of Lafayette, Ind., died at 10:20 a.m. June 15, 2007, at St. Elizabeth Medical Center, following a lengthy illness.
She was born Sept. 6, 1940, in Maria Stein, to Edgar and Alfrida Kleinhenz Willke. On Oct. 26, 1968, she married Robert H. Spitzer, who survives.
Other survivors are four sons, Michael, Portland, Ore., James, Lafayette, John, Stow, and Stephen, Indianapolis, Ind.; a brother, William (Esther) Willke, Dayton; two sisters, Marilyn (Donald) Schwieterman, Maria Stein, and Janet (James) Bolton, Dayton.
She was a homemaker and member of St. Boniface Catholic Church, Lafayette, and its Altar Society, the Tippecanoe County Right to Life and Friends of the Tippecanoe County Public Library. She was a graduate of Marion Local High School and Miami University.
Funeral Mass is 10 a.m. Wednesday at the church, the Rev. Tim Alkire officiating. Burial is at St. Mary's Cemetery, Lafayette.
Calling begins with a rosary service at 4:45 and continues until 8 p.m. today at Hahn-Groeber Funeral Home, Lafayette.
Contributions can be made to St. Boniface School.
