* WHERE...The following counties, in Indiana, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, the following counties, in Kentucky, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and the following counties, in Ohio, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Sunday morning.

W. Vernon Weisenborn
Former Rockford resident W. Vernon Weisenborn, 88, of Bradenton, Fla., died Jan. 25, 2007, at Manatee Memorial Hospital, Bradenton.
He was born Oct. 6, 1918, in Rockford, to Joseph E. and Cora Forney Weisenborn. On Nov. 1, 1946, he married Gwen Henline, who died May 25, 2006.
Surviving is a daughter, Carolyn Diane (Jeff) Hemmelgarn, Sarasota, Fla.; and two granddaughters.
Deceased are a sister, Hazel Hayward; a half sister, Barbara Nonnamaker; a stepbrother, Woodrow W. Purdy; a stepsister, Mary (Cleo) Yoder; and a half brother-in-law, Max Nonnamaker.
He was a farmer in the Rockford area. He was a U.S. Air Force veteran serving during World War II, a member of Rockford Grace United Methodist Church, Manatee United Methodist Church of Florida, and a former member of Gideon and Lions International.
A memorial service will be held at a later date. Burial is at Friends Chapel Cemetery, Rockford.
