* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Ann Barhorst
Ann M. Barhorst, 59, 110B S. Liberty Way, Fort Loramie, died at 7:25 a.m. Aug. 13, 2007, at the University of Connecticut Medical Center, following a brief illness.
She was born Nov. 25, 1948, in Piqua, to William and Martha Knostman Gaier Poeppelman, who survive in Minster. On Dec. 26, 1969, she married Nelson E. Barhorst, who survives in Fort Loramie.
Also surviving are a son, Brandon, West Hartford, Conn.; a daughter, Stacie, Chicago, Ill.; and two brothers, Mark (Teresa) Poeppelman, Springboro, and Craig (Gail) Poeppelman, Hamilton.
She was a homemaker and a member of St. Michael Catholic Church, Fort Loramie.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Saturday at the church, the Rev. Rick Nieberding officiating. Burial is at the church cemetery.
Calling is 9:30-10:30 a.m. Saturday at the church.
Contributions can be made to Lupus Foundation of America.
