* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Donald Oldiges
Donald J. Oldiges, 75, 69 S. Main St., Minster, died at 2 a.m. Aug. 13, 2007, at St. Rita's Medical Center, Lima.
He was born Oct. 27, 1931, in Minster, to Edward and Margaret Brunnegraf Oldiges. On Oct. 16, 1957, he married Nancy Ruby, who survives.
Also surviving are four sons, Michael, Sidney, Brad (Karen), Versailles, Douglas, Forest Hills, N.Y., and Andrew, Minster; two brothers, Tom and Jim, both of Bellefountaine; and four grandchildren.
Deceased are a brother, Robert.
He retired from the Minster Post Office and formerly owned Don's Place and Oak Tree restaurants, Minster. He was a U.S. Air Force veteran of the Korean War and a volunteer firefighter. He was a member of St. Augustine Catholic Church, American Legion and Curling Association, all of Minster.
Services are 9:30 a.m. Aug. 25 at the church, the Rev. Rick Nieberding officiating. There will be no burial; his body will be donated to Ohio State University Medical College.
There are no calling hours.
Arrangements were handled by Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Minster.
