* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Martha Wolters
Martha Albers Wolters, 70, 14600 state Route 29, McCartyville, died at 8 a.m. Aug. 17, 2007, at Heritage Manor Nursing Home, Minster.
She was born Feb. 19, 1937, in Egypt to Herman Sr. and Gertrude Knuefner Albers. On Feb. 24, 1960, she married Elmer J. Wolters, who died May 6, 1985.
Surviving are a companion, Tom Grilliot, McCartyville; three sons, Ron (Kay), Bill (Angie) and Dennis (Kellee), all of McCartyville; three daughters, Kathy (Bob) Borges, Minster, and Deb (Bill) Meyer and Becky (Don) Barhorst, all of Fort Loramie; a brother, Herman Jr. (Cecelia) Albers, Fort Lorame; eight sisters, Rita Seger, Fort Loramie, Eileen (Urban) Meyer, Minster, Dorothy (Jim) Meyer, Sidney, Norma (Gene) Gill, Wapakoneta, Rosie (Dave) Cooper, New Bremen, Diane (Bob) Wyen, McCartyville, Betty (Gerald) Kempfer, Botkins, and Peg (Tim) Simon, Houston; a sister-in-law, Fritz Albers, Maria Stein; and 17 grandchildren.
Deceased are two brothers, Don and Bob Albers, and an infant sister, Delores Albers.
She was a homemaker and member of Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church, McCartyville, and its Rosary and Altar Sodality. She also was a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles 1391 Minster.
Funeral Mass is 10 a.m. Tuesday at the church, the Rev. Patrick Welsh officiating. Burial is at the church cemetery.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Monday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Minster, and 8:30 -9:45 a.m. Tuesday at the church.
