* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Gerald Woods
Gerald Arthur "Buss" Woods, 69, 222 Stella St., Celina, died at 2:55 a.m. Aug. 17, 2007, at his residence.
He was born Aug. 15, 1938, in Mercer County to Gerald E. "Hickory" and Hazel B. Keel Woods Buschor. On May 16, 1964, he married Vina Hicks, who survives.
Also surviving are two sons, John (Kelly) and Edward, all of Celina; a daughter, Tammy (Mark Todd) Rider, Celina; three brothers, Charlie, Florida, Bill (Jane), St. Henry, and Rick (Rita), Celina; two sisters, Virginia (Jack) Fickert and Pam (Henry) Billerman, all of Celina; two brothers-in-law, Dick Feierstein and Frank Dunno, both of Celina; 10 grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
Deceased are two sisters, Jackie Feierstein and Jean Dunno; and a stepfather, Louis M. Buschor.
He was a self-employed laborer and worked as a general contractor. He was a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps.
Services are 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at W.H. Dick & Sons-Hellwarth Funeral Home, Celina. Burial will follow at Swamp College Cemetery, Celina.
Calling is 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
