* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Norma Gigandet
Norma Jean Gigandet, 75, of Versailles, died at 10 a.m. Aug. 25, 2007, at Versailles Health Care Center.
She was born Aug. 25, 1932, in Darke County, to Bernard J. and Florence J. Schieltz Kremer. On May 1, 1954, she married Earl F. Gigandet, who survives.
Also surviving are three sons, Tony (Donna), Bellbrook, Dale (Clarice), Minster, and Nick (Bonnie), Piqua; a daughter, Theresa (Terry) Barga, Versailles; a brother, Carl Kremer, North Star; a sister Betty Tumbusch, North Star; and 10 grandchildren.
Deceased is a sister, Rita Oswalt.
She was a homemaker and a member of St. Denis Catholic Church and its choir, Versailles, member and past regent of Daughters of Isabella and Sunny Travelers Camping Club.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at the church the Rev. David Vincent officiating. Burial is at St. Valbert Cemetery, Versailles.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Tuesday at Bailey Zechar Funeral Home, Versailles, where a prayer service will be conducted by the Daughters of Isabella.
