* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Vitalis Rindler
Vitalis J. Rindler, 78, 830 W. Main St., Coldwater, died at 7:25 a.m. Aug. 25, 2007, at Briarwood Manor Nursing Home, Coldwater.
He was born Sept. 5, 1928, in New Weston, to Ferd and Mary Bohman Rindler.
Surviving is a companion, Isabel Moomaw, Coldwater; a brother, Lavern, St. Henry; a sister-in-law, Lorena, St. Henry; and a brother-in-law, Alfons (Lois) Stammen, North Star.
Deceased are a brother, Eugene; a sister, Esther Stammen; and a sister-in-law, Dolores.
He was a farmer and member of St. Louis Catholic Church, North Star.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at the church, the Rev. David Zink officiating. Burial is at the church cemetery.
Calling is 3-8 p.m. today at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, St. Henry, and 9-10 a.m. Tuesday at the church.
Contributions can be made to the Multiple Sclerosis Society.
