* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...St. Marys River at Rockford.
* WHEN...Until Sunday evening.
* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:40 PM EDT Saturday the stage was 13.1 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.2 feet just after midnight tonight. It will then fall below flood stage early tomorrow afternoon. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Nancy Vicroy
Nancy Margaret Vicroy, 93, formerly of 111 E. Bremen St., New Knoxville, died Sept. 17, 2007, at Auglaize Acres Nursing Home, Wapakoneta.
She was born Jan. 6, 1914, in Clark County, to Arthur and Inez Hill. On. Oct. 8, 1938, she married Elden E. Vicroy, who died in July 1992.
Surviving are a son, William (Karen), Wapakoneta; three grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
Deceased are a brother, Wilbur Hill; and three sisters, Florence Richards, Gladys Hill and Hazel Green.
She was a homemaker, a retail buyer and a sales clerk for numerous clothing stores before retiring in the 1970s. She was a member of Polk Grove United Church of Christ, Vandalia.
Graveside services are 1 p.m. Thursday at Polk Grove Cemetery near Vandalia, the Rev. Kitty Kincaid officiating.
Calling is 10-11 a.m. Thursday at Vornholt-Miller Funeral Home, New Knoxville.
Contributions can be made to the nursing home or St. Rita's Hospice.
