* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Billy Joe Boyd
Billy Joe Boyd Jr., 58, 626 Cleveland Ave., St. Marys, died 3:45 a.m. Sept. 28, 2007, at Dayton VA Medical Center.
He was born Aug. 30, 1949, in Grand Lakes, Ill. to Billy J. Sr. and E. Jeanne (Lehman) Boyd. On June 28, 1986, he married Sharon Linniman, who survives in St. Marys.
Also surviving are two stepsons, Kevin Altman, St. Marys, and Joseph Altman, Massachusetts; two brothers, Ken (Rhonda), New Bremen, and Rick (Deb), New Knoxville; a sister, Diane Boyd, Minster, and ; four step-grandchildren;
Deceased is a brother, Don.
He was retired from Minster Machine Corp. after 34 years of service. He was a member of the U.S. Navy, serving in the Mediterranean for four years and a member of the American Legion Post #241, New Bremen.
Services are 10 a.m. Monday at Gilberg-Hartwig Funeral Home, New Bremen, the Rev. Dale Eddington officiating. Burial will follow in German Protestant Cemetery, New Bremen.
Calling is 2-6 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
