* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Kimberly Houts
Kimberly Houts, 31, 1906 Sutton Drive, died 2:32 a.m. Sept. 28, 2007 at her residence from Kidney disease.
She was born on April 20, 1976, in Coldwater to Ronald S. and Betsy A. Borgert Houts of Celina, who survive.
Also surviving are three sisters, Tracy (Bryan) Klingshirn, Celina, Dawn (James) McBain, Columbus, and Kelly (Scott) McBride, Houston, Texas; a maternal grandmother, Rita Borgert, St. Henry; and several nieces and nephews.
Deceased are paternal grandparents, Alfred (Rita) Houts; and maternal grandfather, Bim Borgert.
She worked at optometrist's office of Dr. Frank D. Tangeman. She was a member of the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, Celina, and of the Celina Moose Lodge and American Legion Auxiliary Post 210, Celina. She was a 1994 graduate of Celina High School.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at the church, the Rev. Richard Riedel C.PP.S. officiating. Burial will follow in St. Marys Catholic Cemetery, Celina.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Monday and 9-10 a.m. Tuesday at Lehman-Hogenkamp-Dzendzel Funeral Home, Celina.
