* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:40 AM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall slowly this afternoon, falling below flood stage later this evening. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Diane Paul of New Bremen stands amid some of the 200-plus Santa Claus figures decorating her North Water Street home. The small figure in her hand belonged to her father as a child while the generously stuffed model protected her daughter from fall-related injuries.
