* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills could result in hypothermia if precautions are not taken.

Picnic tables and other backyard items are the only thing visible at a mobile home park along the south side of the lake in Montezuma on Wednesday. Grand Lake's channels overflowed in numerous areas, flooding many homes.
