* WHERE...The following counties, in Indiana, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, the following counties, in Kentucky, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and the following counties, in Ohio, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.

William Stienecker
William "Bill" Stienecker, 78, of Celina, died Feb. 22, 2008, at Joint Township District Memorial Hospital, St. Marys.
He was born to Willard and Vivian Fischer Stienecker. On Jan. 28, 1950, he married Norma Jean Uncapher, who survives.
Other survivors are three sons, David and Michael (Lena), all of Celina, and Ken (Debra), Coldwater; two daughters, Cathy (Michael) Brandt, Versailles, and Patty (Pat) Gariety, Celina; a sister, Mary L., St. Marys; 13 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
He worked 23 years at the former Mersman Furniture Co., Celina, and 23 years at the former New Idea plant in Coldwater. He was a member of Montezuma United Methodist Church.
Services are 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at Lehman-Hogenkamp-Dzendzel Funeral Home, Celina, the Rev. Bruce Crane officiating. Burial is at Mercer Memory Gardens, Celina.
Calling is 4-8 p.m. Monday and after 9:30 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
