St. Marys River at Rockford.
* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...St. Marys River at Rockford.
* WHEN...Until Sunday evening.
* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:40 PM EDT Saturday the stage was 13.1 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.2 feet just after midnight tonight. It will then fall below flood stage early tomorrow afternoon. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Brian Hoyng
Brian L. Hoyng, 43, of Celina Manor Nursing Home, died at 1:53 a.m. Feb. 28, 2008, at the home from complications of being struck by lightning on Sept. 14, 1981.
He was born Dec. 5, 1964, in Cincinnati, to Louie and Dorothy Muhlenkamp Hoyng, who survive in Celina.
Other survivors are two brothers, Daniel (Elaine), Weymouth, Mass., and David (Amy), Celina.
He was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, Celina, and a former member of the Celina Swim and Dive Team.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Monday at the church, the Rev. Richard Riedel officiating. Burial is at St. Marys Catholic Cemetery, Celina.
Calling is 2-6 p.m. Sunday at Lehman-Hogenkamp-Dzendzel Funeral Home, Celina, and after 9:30 a.m. Monday at the funeral home.
Contributions can be made to State of the Heart Home Health & Hospice, Cheryl Ann Adult Day Service or the Immaculate Conception Endowment Fund.
