* WHERE...Portions of east central Indiana and central and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...Until 10 AM EST Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills as low as 15 below zero could result in hypothermia if precautions are not taken. Wind chill values can lead to hypothermia with prolonged exposure.

Snow showers associated with an arctic front are moving through this morning, providing a quick accumulation of snowfall. With wind gusts between 30 and 40 mph, the snow showers combined with blowing snow are reducing visibility and creating challenging travel conditions. These conditions are most impactful on roads that are more rural and are aligned from north to south. Even after the snow ends, elevated winds will continue to blow snow into the early afternoon.
Use caution and allow for extra time to reach your destination.

Betty Baker
Former Celina and Portland, Ind., resident Betty M. Baker, 86, died April 17, 2008, at Celina Manor Nursing Home.
She was born Jan. 29, 1922, in Jay County, Ind., to Russell and Mable Shumaker Luttman. On July 31, 1937, she married Dorwin Baker, who died May 5, 1975.
Survivors are a son, Dorwin Raymond (Melinda), Taos, New Mexico; five grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
She formerly worked at The Jay Garment factory in Portland. She was a member and past president of the Jay County Hospital Auxiliary, and member of the Moose Lodge Auxiliary and American Legion Auxiliary, both of Portland.
Services are 1 p.m. Sunday at the Portland Chapel of Williamson and Spencer Funeral Home, the Rev. Jim Huey officiating. Burial is at Antioch Cemetery, southeast of Portland.
Calling is 4-7 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
