* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...St. Marys River at Rockford.
* WHEN...Until Sunday evening.
* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:40 PM EDT Saturday the stage was 13.1 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.2 feet just after midnight tonight. It will then fall below flood stage early tomorrow afternoon. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Joey Saldana qualifies during the All Star Circuit of Champions event at Eldora Speedway on Saturday evening. Saldana was the quickest qualifier, won his heat and dominated the feature. Several regulars with the World of Outlaws made the trek to Ohio after the event at Knoxville Raceway was rained out.
