* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1044 AM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Between 2.5 and 3.5 inches of rain have fallen.Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are possible in the warned area. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Celina, St. Marys, Coldwater, New Bremen, Rockford, Wabash, Mendon, Chickasaw, Montezuma, Tama, Neptune, Carthagena, Bulkhead, State Route 116 at State Route 197, Chattanooga and Kossuth.

* WHERE...Portions of central and west central Ohio, including the following counties, in central Ohio, Delaware, Franklin, Licking, Madison and Union. In west central Ohio, Auglaize, Champaign, Clark, Darke, Hardin, Logan, Mercer, Miami and Shelby.
* WHEN...Until 2 PM EDT this afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Multiple rounds of showers and thunderstorms will move across parts of the area this morning, possibly extending into early afternoon. This may result in bands of heavier rainfall that could lead to flash flooding.

Janice Brandon
Janice Colette King Brandon, 50, of 800 Touvelle St., Apt. 19, Celina, died at 8:45 a.m. April 30, 2008, at Lexington Hospital in South Carolina, after an extended illness. Death was due to chronic liver disease.
She was born Feb. 17, 1958 in Killeen, Texas, to Jess D. King and Esther M. Schmidt Coleman, who survive in Celina. Her stepfather Dave Coleman and her stepmother, Mary Joyce King also survive in Celina.
Other survivors are a sister, Sandi Powalski, Columbia, S.C.; a half brother Jessie (Nikki) King, Celina; a half sister, Jessica (Jimmy) Matejek, Nashville, Tenn.; and five stepsisters, all of Celina.
Deceased is a son, Justin King; a sister, Valda King Martin; and grandparents, Roy and Louise Schmidt and Jesse and Francis King.
She was a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars Auxiliary, Pelion, S.C.
A memorial service will be May 17, 2008, at her uncle's home, 02466 Glynwood Road, St. Marys, the Rev. Alan Thwaits officiating. Her body was cremated.
