* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Werner Tobe
Werner A. Tobe, 90, of St. Henry died at 8:27 a.m. May 17, 2008, at the Gardens at Celina.
He was born Aug. 16, 1917, in St. Henry to Bernard and Bertha Muhlenkamp Tobe. On April 27, 1940, he married Marie VanDenBosch, who survives in Celina.
Other survivors are a son, Jerry (Rosie), Tipp City; two daughters, Janet (Henry) Wagner, West Milton, and Judy (Jack) Thein, Dayton; two brothers, Alfred (Genevieve), Dayton, and Paul (Ann), Coldwater; two sisters, Rita Franck, Celina, and Delores Wimmer, St. Henry; nine grandchildren, 15 great great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren.
Deceased are three brothers, Herbert, Carl and Edward; and a sister, Alma.
  He retired from Harris Corp. in Dayton and was a member of St. Henry Catholic Church.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at the church, the Rev. Larry Wyen officiating. Burial is at St. Henry Cemetery.
Calling is 4-8 p.m. Monday and 9-10 a.m. Tuesday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, St. Henry.
