* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1003 PM EDT, local law enforcement reported flooding in the warned area. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Celina, St. Marys, Coldwater, New Bremen, Rockford, Wabash, Mendon, Chickasaw, Montezuma, Tama, Neptune, Carthagena, Bulkhead, State Route 116 at State Route 197, Chattanooga and Kossuth.

Helen Evans
Former Geneva and Ohio City resident, Helen E. Evans, 93, of Ashtabula, died at her home on June 20, 2008.
She was born Sept. 15, 1914, in Fremont to Rollin C. and Millie Nichols Deemer.
On Feb. 29, 1936, she married William Keith Evans, who died in 1999.
She was a member of St. John Lutheran Church, Ohio City, where she was a Sunday school and catechism teacher, and a past president of the Willing Worker Missionary Society. She attended school at Lenox, in Geneva and the Andrews School in Willoughby.
Survivors are three sons, Danny William, Portland, Ind., Theodore James, Geneva, and Thomas Rollin, Massillon; a daughter, Lois Keever, Ashtabula; a stepson, Donald Keith Evans, Wadsworth; a sister, Lois Mae Adams, Atlanta, Ga.; and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Deceased are three brothers, Lowell and Robert Deemer and Horace Nichols.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
Contributions can be made to Hospice of the Western Reserve in Cleveland.
