* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.
* WHERE...Northwestern Auglaize County in west central Ohio... Mercer County in west central Ohio...
* WHEN...Until 1045 PM EDT Thursday.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. Expect many areas of slow moving or standing water.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 421 PM EDT, local law enforcement reported flooding in the warned area, with numerous roads remaining closed due to high water. Between 2.5 and 3.5 inches of rain have fallen. Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Celina, St. Marys, Coldwater, New Bremen, Rockford, Wabash, Mendon, Chickasaw, Montezuma, Tama, Neptune, Carthagena, Bulkhead, State Route 116 at State Route 197, Chattanooga and Kossuth.

Ellen Troutman
Ellen J. Troutman, 86, formerly of 217 Eastview Drive, Celina, died at 2:45 p.m. July 3, 2008, at Celina Manor Nursing Home.
She was born June 29, 1922, in Waldo, to Clinton Ray and Varence Lucille Oborn Conklin. Her former husbands, Lee G. Troutman and Philip R. Weeds are deceased.
Survivors are a brother, Ralph O. Conklin, Marion; and two sisters, Vera Irene Coon, Celina, and A. Charlene Mitchell, Portsmouth.
Deceased are three brothers, Lowell C. "Larry," Warren H. and Cecil C. Conklin.
She retired as an office worker at 3M Company, Northridge, Calif. She was a graduate of Waldo High School.
Services are 11 a.m. Tuesday at Grand Prairie Cemetery, Brush Ridge.
Private calling hours will be held.
Funeral arrangements are being handled by W.H. Dick & Sons Funeral Home, Celina.
