* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Nancy Cain
Nancy L. Can, 70, 203 Buckeye St., Rockford, died a 4:48 a.m. July 5, 2008, at St. Rita's Medical Center, Lima.
She was born May 9, 1938, in Troy, to Otto and Mary Ward Lippman.
Survivors are three daughters, Theresa (Dennis) Howick, Tammy Rasberry, and Tina (Doug) Stelzer, all of Celina; a brother, Larry (Dianne) Lippman, Vandalia; and eight grandchildren.
She was retired from telemarketing at WKKI Radio, Celina.
She was a member of the St. Paul's United Methodist Church, Celina, and the Red Hat Society.
Services are 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at the Cisco Funeral Home, Celina, the Rev. Jeff Conrad officiating. Burial is at North Grove Cemetery, Celina.
Calling is 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
Contributions can be made to the Celina Area Visiting Nurses and Hospice the Caring Way.
