* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Linda Armstrong
Linda Lou Armstrong, 66, of 800 Indiana Ave., Apt C-03, St. Marys, died at 5:49 p.m. July 12, 2008, at Grandview Hospital, Dayton.
She was born May 10, 1942, in Lima, to Harold R. and Thea M. Wilcox Morris. On Nov. 15, 1975, she married George A. Armstrong Sr., who died June 27, 2006.
Survivors are two sons, Darrell Duane Drummond, Goodyear, Ariz. and David "P.A." (Tamie) Drummond, St. Marys; a daughter, Dawn (Chad) Hennon, St. Marys; three stepsons, Jim Armstrong, Grover Armstrong and Joe Armstrong; four brothers, Harold Eugene Morris and Richard Allen Morris, Wapakoneta, Steve (Kris), Cridersville, and Sheldon (Kim), of Massachusetts; three sisters, Carol (Glenn) Rockafellow, Paw Paw, Mich., Helen (Robert) Reed, Columbia City, Ind., and Sue (Neil) Binkley, Wapakoneta; 20 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
Deceased are two brothers, Joseph Morris and Harold Raymond Morris Sr.; and a sister, Rebecca Morris.
She was self-employed for 25 years in Gibsonton, Fla. and retired from Plastipak Packaging, Jackson Center, in 2006. She attended Wayne Street United Methodist Church in St. Marys.
Services are 11 a.m. Thursday at the Cisco Funeral Home, St. Marys, the Rev. Mary Kay Brown officiating.
Calling is 4-7 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
