* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Aliceruth Kimmel
Former Rockford resident, Aliceruth Kimmel of Celina, died July 14, 2008, at Celina Manor Nursing Home.
She was born Jan. 17, 1923, in Maumee, to Virgil and Ruth King Edwards. On March 9, 1940, she married Edwin Kimmel, who died Aug. 26, 1995.
Survivors are three sons, Charles (Lynn), Noblesville, Ind., Dale (Judy), Green Valley, Calif., and Thomas (Kathy), Celina; a sister, Barbara Edwards, Phoenix, Ariz.; 10 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
Deceased is a brother Thomas Edwards.
Services are 10 a.m. Saturday at the St. Paul's United Methodist Church, Celina, the Rev. Kim Miller officiating. Burial is at Riverside Cemetery, Rockford.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Friday and one hour prior to service at the Ketcham-Ripley Funeral Home, Rockford.
