* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Robert Snedeker
Former Celina resident, Robert D. "Bob" Snedeker, 74, 24203 Hampton Place, Lutz, Fla., died at 7:15 a.m. July 8, 2008, at his residence.
He was born on April 28, 1934, in Uhrichsville to Charles and Dorothy Aufderhaar Snedeker. On June 18, 1955, he married Roberta Leidorf, who survives in Florida.
Other survivors are a son, Mark (Teresa), Chantilly, Va.; four daughters, Sheri (Rick) Mosier, Robyn (Bob) Sheets, Jenny (Greg) Snider, all of Celina, and Angie (Jim) Canepa, Columbus; two brothers, Don (Rose) of Illinois and Bill (Patty), of California; a sister, Pam (Mark) Wendel, St. Marys; 15 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Deceased is a grandson.  
He was a retired pipe fitter and worked for many years in Lima. He was a former football official and had most recently worked for the Florida Golf Association. He served in the U.S. Army. He was a member of the Mercer County Benevolent Order of Elks and St. Paul's United Methodist Church, Celina.
He was cremated and memorial services are 11 a.m. July 24, 2008, at the church.
