* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1044 AM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Between 2.5 and 3.5 inches of rain have fallen.Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are possible in the warned area. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Celina, St. Marys, Coldwater, New Bremen, Rockford, Wabash, Mendon, Chickasaw, Montezuma, Tama, Neptune, Carthagena, Bulkhead, State Route 116 at State Route 197, Chattanooga and Kossuth.

Todd Adams
Todd Leson Adams, 31, 2102 St. Anthony Road, Coldwater, died at 6:30 p.m. Sept. 15, 2008, at Miami Valley Hospital, Dayton, from injuries sustained in an automobile accident.
He was born Dec. 28, 1976, in Celina, to Anthony W. and Terry S. LaRue Adams, who survive in Coldwater. On June 28, 2008, he married Connie Omo, who survives.
Other survivors are a brother Aaron, Coldwater; two sisters, Sarah (Chris) Howe, St. Marys, and Rachel (John) Nep, Niceville, Fla.; and a grandmother, Florence West LaRue.
Deceased are grandparents, Vaughn LaRue and Anthony W. and Jane B. Adams.
He owned Adams Tree and Stump Services, Coldwater, was co-owner of General Landscaping, Celina, was employed at Elite Enclosures, Fort Loramie, and was also a partner with his father in A-Way Farms, Coldwater. He was a member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church, Coldwater, and a member of Mercer County Sportsman Association. He was a former member of the Mercer County 4-H and the Junior Fair Board. He was a 1995 graduate of Celina High School.
Services are 11 a.m. Friday at the church, the Revs. Douglas Meyer and James Dugal officiating. Burial is at St. Paul's Lutheran Cemetery, Wabash.
Calling is 1-7 p.m. today at Lehman-Hogenkamp-Dzendzel Funeral Home, Celina.
