* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Dorothea Davis
Dorothea Marie "Dottie" Davis, 88, 806 Harbor Point Drive, Celina, died at 10:30 p.m. Sept. 30, 2008, at Mercer County Community Hospital, Coldwater.
She was born in Van Wert on May 22, 1920 to George C. and Lena Tagliavia Eckenstein. On Dec. 31, 1941, she married Jack Burton, who died in October of 1963.
Surviving are two daughters, Barbara Riley, Celina, and Jacqueline F. (John) Drucker, New York, N.Y.; a sister, Katherine (James) Morrow, Venice, Fla.; two grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Deceased is a son-in-law, David Riley.
She was office manager for Tractors, Inc., Celina, until her retirement in 1999. She was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, where she was active in the church's remodeling and art restoration project, the American Legion Ladies Auxiliary, the West Central Ohio Art League, a founding member of Phi Beta Psi Sorority, all in Celina, and the Mercer County Chapter of the American Cancer Society. She graduated from Van Wert High School.
Funeral Mass is 10 a.m. Saturday at the church, the Rev. Richard Riedel officiating. Burial is at North Grove Cemetery, Celina.
Calling is 4-8 p.m. Friday at Lehman-Hogenkamp-Dzendzel Funeral Home, Celina, and before 9:30 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
Contributions can be made to the church's stained glass restoration project fund or the American Cancer Society, Northwest Ohio Regional Office.
