* WHAT...Dangerously hot conditions with heat index values up to 105 possible.
* WHERE...Portions of east central and southeast Indiana, northeast and northern Kentucky, and central, south central, southwest, and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...From Sunday afternoon through Tuesday evening.
* IMPACTS...Heat related illnesses increase significantly during extreme heat and high humidity events, particularly for those working or participating in outdoor activities.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Consecutive days of excessive heat and humidity can be especially hazardous as warm overnight temperatures will provide little relief. The heat may continue into Wednesday.

William Sheeley
Former Coldwater resident William Sheeley, 74, 1201 Carson Way, Apt. 104, Greenwood, Ind. died Sept. 16, 2008, at the residence.
He was born Jan. 12, 1934 in Charles City, Iowa, to Russell and Regina Glass Sheeley.
Surviving are a son, David (Beth), Indianapolis, Ind.; three daughters, Jaquelyn (Gary) Ostrov, Union, Ellen, San Francisco, Calif. and Diane (Mike) Aubuchon, Pismo Beach, Calif.; a sister, Mary Lou Wendelboe, Knoxville, Iowa; five grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Deceased is a sister, Virginia Burney.
He was a reporter and editor in northeastern Iowa, and worked in advertising, public relations and sales promotion management at the former Oliver Corporation, Iowa. He also worked for the former Avco New Idea Farm Equipment Co., Coldwater, International Harvester Co., Chicago, Ill., and Caldwell-Van Riper Advertising, Indianapolis and did volunteer advertising and marketing in Eastern Europe. He was a 1952 graduate of Immaculate Conception High School, Charles City, Iowa, and attended Marquette University, Milwaukee, Wisc.
Burial was at Oaklawn Memorial Gardens, Indianapolis.
Arrangements were handled by Flanner and Buchanan Funeral Home, Indianapolis.
