Celina's Kelsey Waterman, 30, was a big reason why the Bulldogs won the 23rd annual OVISCO Classic on Saturday evening against Versailles. Waterman had a game-high 18 points to lead the Bulldogs past Versailles, 44-41 on Saturday night in the Fieldhouse.
