* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Marinus Vondrell
Marinus H. Vondrell, 95, 508 W. Plum St., Coldwater, died at 9:05 p.m. on Nov. 30, 2008, at the Gardens at Celina.
He was born May 1, 1913, in Cassella, to Henry and Pauline Koesters Vondrell. On Nov. 21, 1946, he married Rita K. Schroer, who died Feb. 23, 1997.
Surviving are two sons Bob, Chicago, and Bill, Celina; a daughter, Sue (Gary) Hess, Coldwater; a brother, Leon, Fort Recovery; a sister, Delma (Wilfred), Depweg, Coldwater; a brother-in-law, Tony Evers, Cassella; two sisters-in-law, Lou Vondrell, Cincinnati, and Pat Vondrell, Dayton; five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Deceased are a daughter-in-law, Lou Anne Vondrell; three brothers, Urban, Eugene and Luke; and two sisters, Ermina Vondrell and Marie Evers.
He retired from the former New Idea Plant, Coldwater. He was a member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church and its Holy Name Society, the Knights of St. John, Maria Stein, and the Catholic Knights, Cassella.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Thursday at the church, the Rev. Ronald Wilker officiating. Burial is at St. Elizabeth Cemetery, Coldwater.
Calling is 3-8 p.m. Wednesday and 9-10 a.m. Thursday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Coldwater.
