Guy Vandegrift, assistant professor of physics at Wright State University Lake Campus and student Stephen Papp of Van Wert make adjustments to the PVC clamps on a sailing barge scale model in Vandegrift's classroom. The clamps are homebuilt as will be the 4'x14' sailing barge that is likely to ply Grand Lake waters this summer.
