* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Thomas Besecker
Thomas M. Besecker, 57, of Bradford and the Grand Lake area, died Feb. 16, 2009, at 5:15 p.m. at his residence. Death was due to cancer.
He was born April 9, 1951, in Darke County, to Paul Besecker and Betty Miles Johnson. He married Denise Karns, who survives.
Other survivors are two sons, John and Adam, Bradford; two stepdaughters, Dani Brown, Greenville, and Darra Rinehart, Piqua; a brother, Michael (Karen), Covington; a sister, Sue (Sam) Park, Bradford; and three grandchildren.
Deceased is a stepfather, Gene Johnson.
He was a farmer and a 1969 graduate of Franklin Monroe High School.
Services are 10:30 a.m. Friday at Zechar-Bailey Funeral Home, Greenville, with Dean Thompson officiating. Burial is at Newcomer Cemetery, Darke County.
Calling is 5-8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
