Loverda Myers
Loverda M. Myers, 84, of Celina, died at 1:04 a.m. March 14, 2009, at Celina Manor Nursing Home.
She was born May 16, 1924, in Celina to Phillip and Virtue Wilson Howell. On June 14, 1947, she married Kenneth Myers, who died June 6, 2003.
She was a homemaker and member of St Paul's United Methodist Church, Celina. She was a former member of the Ohio Eastern Star, Rockford, where she served as Past Worthy Matron.
Surviving is a brother, Eugene Howell, Celina, a good friend and caregiver, Bev Hawk, Rockford.
Deceased is a sister, Naomi Williams.
Services are 10 a.m. Wednesday at Ketcham-Ripley Funeral Home, Rockford, the Revs. Steve Howell and Kim Miller officiating. Burial is at Riverside Cemetery, Rockford.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Tuesday and one hour prior to service on Wednesday at the funeral home.
