St. Marys River at Rockford.
* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...St. Marys River at Rockford.
* WHEN...Until Sunday evening.
* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:40 PM EDT Saturday the stage was 13.1 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.2 feet just after midnight tonight. It will then fall below flood stage early tomorrow afternoon. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Leroy Remaklus
Leroy J. Remaklus, 86, 217 Dogwood Drive, Celina, died at 8 a.m. March 15, 2009, at Celina Manor Nursing Home, Celina.
He was born Aug. 8, 1922, in Trinity, Ind., to Joseph and Bertha Fisher Remaklus. On Oct. 30, 1946, he married Rita Faller, who survives.
Other survivors are two daughters, Diane E. (Thomas) McLauglin, Celina, and Vicky L. (Ronn) Householder, Gahanna; a son, Jeff A. (Karen) Remaklus, Urbandale, Iowa; four grandchildren, six great-grandchildren and a step great-grandchild.
Deceased are two brothers, Paul and Robert Remaklus; five sisters, Julia Minnich, Esther Humbert, Helen Lontz, Eileen Osterholt and Isabelle Harrington.
He retired as partner in the former Heckler Electric, Celina, and from Sidney Electric as an electrician. He was a member of the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, Celina, the Knights of Columbus, the American Legion and Veterans of Foreign Wars, both in Celina, and the IBEU. He was a U.S. Army Veteran.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Thursday at the church, the Rev. Thomas Brenberger officiating. Burial is at St. Marys Cemetery, Fort Recovery.
Calling is 4-8 p.m. Wednesday and one hour prior to service Thursday at Cisco Funeral Home, Celina.
