* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Doris Smith
Doris E. Smith, 81, formerly of 605 Echo St., Celina, died at 3:30 a.m. June 7, 2009, at Richland Manor, Beverdam.
She was born Feb. 20, 1928, in Celina, to Forest and Alberta Murphy Coats. She was married to Thomas Smith who died in 1974.
Surviving are three sons, Richard Martin Smith, Columbus, Randall (Dee) Smith, Lima, Robert G. (Pamela) Smith, Versailles; a brother, Dan Coats; and two grandchildren.
She retired as a telephone operator and dispatcher. She was a member of St. John Lutheran Church, Celina and the Hopewell Grange. She was a 1946 graduate of Celina High School.
Deceased is a brother, Paul Coats; and a sister, Ruth Laux.
Services are 10:30 a.m. Thursday at the church, the Rev. Rita Bair officiating. Burial is at Swamp College Cemetery, Celina.
Calling is 4-8 p.m. Wednesday at Cisco Funeral Home, Celina.
