* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Hilda Jackson
Hilda M. Jackson, 94, of Coldwater, died at 5:15 a.m. July 21, 2009, at Briarwood Village, Coldwater.
She was born May 4, 1915, in Bedford, England, to Harry H. and Violet E. Redfern Loveday. On Aug. 30, 1946, she married Carl A. Jackson, who died Nov. 16, 2004.
Surviving are a son, Mark H. (Dee A.) Jackson, Celina; an adopted daughter, Valarie A. Cryer (Jerry Meiring), Celina; a brother, Donald (Shirley) Loveday, Greensburg, Pa.; a brother-in-law, Jim Dixon, Phoenix, Ariz.; five grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
Deceased are two sons, David L. and Lawrence D. Jackson; a daughter, Valarie Marie Jackson; two brothers, Sydney and Harold Loveday; and two sisters, Vera Barsic and Margaret Dixon.
She worked at Jackson's Garage, Celina, and was a member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church and the Coldwater American Legion Auxiliary.
Services are 10:30 a.m. Saturday at the church, the Rev. Douglas Meyers officiating. Burial is at the church cemetery.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Friday and 9-10 a.m. Saturday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Coldwater.
Contributions can be made to State of the Heart Hospice.
