* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Terry Meeker
Terry Lynn Meeker, 43, 712 N. Washington St., Delphos, died 7:15 p.m. July 18, 2009, in the emergency department of St. Rita's Medical Center, Lima, following a sudden illness.
He was born May 4,1966, in St. Marys to Wilfred and Dorothy "Dot" Sanders Meeker. His mother survives in St. Marys. On June 15, 1996, he married Lisa Kay Shindeldecker, who survives.
Other survivors are a brother, John Meeker; and a sister, Cassie (John Jr.) Slone, all of St. Marys.
He worked in production at the W.C. Wood Company, Ottawa, and graduated in 1985 from Memorial High School.
Services are 1 p.m. Friday at Miller Funeral Home, St. Marys, the Rev. Elmer Long officiating.
Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
