Games, food and festivals go together

August certainly means festival time throughout the area. Sisters Claire Clune, at left, and Courtney Clune play bingo and share nachos with cheese during the annual Burkettsville Community Picnic. The event, featuring food, games and entertainment, took place Friday through Sunday at the community park.
